Notice is hereby given that on December 30th, 2020 the following
Special Resolutions were duly passed in writing pursuant to Section
193(1) of the Companies Act 2014:
1. “That the Company be voluntarily wound up by way of a
Members Voluntary Liquidation”
2. “That Tom Holmes of Ballymount Accounting, 16 Bayview,
Dungarvan, Co. Waterford be and is hereby appointed
Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company”
3. “That the said Liquidator be authorised to distribute (by
interim distribution or otherwise) all or part of the surplus
assets of the Company in specie or otherwise to the members
as he may think fit”
4. “That the terms of the Liquidator's entitlement to remuneration
and his entitlement to receive payment as set out in the terms of
engagement communicated by the Liquidator to the Company
be and are hereby approved”
5. “That the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised in accordance
with the provisions of Section 627, Companies Act 2014, to
exercise the powers contained in the said section”
Notice is hereby given that any creditors’ claims should be forwarded
to Tom Holmes of Ballymount Accounting, 16 Bayview, Dungarvan,
Co. Waterford no later than 14th February 2021.

as a member’s voluntary winding up and all creditors have
been or will be paid in full.
