IN THE MATTER OF
CELTIC CRAFTS LIMITED
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above Company, duly
convened held on the 16th November 2020, the following special
resolution were passed:
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Members’
Voluntary Winding Up pursuant to Section 579 of the
Companies Act 2014.
2. That Conor O’ Boyle of O’ Boyle + Associates, Commerce
House, Flood Street, Galway H91 TY05 be appointed
Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding
up.
3. That the Liquidator be authorised to discharge their fee and
outlay as set out in the Liquidators Letter of Engagement and
is hereby authorised in accordance with the Constitution of
the Company to distribute to the Members of the Company in
specie, the whole or any part of the assets of the Company.
4. That the Letter of Engagement be and is hereby approved.
NOTE: All claims against the Company should be sent to Conor
O’Boyle at O’Boyle + Associates no later than 16th
December 2020.
All admitted Creditors have been or will be paid in full.
