DILOSK RMBS No. 1 DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT, 2014
On 11 November 2020 the following resolutions were passed in
writing:
“That pursuant to the articles of association, the Company be wound
up as a members voluntary winding up and that appoint Mr. Aengus
Burns of Grant Thornton, Merchants Square, Merchants Road,
Galway, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company
for the purpose of such winding up and that the Liquidator be and
is hereby authorised, in accordance with the memorandum and
articles of association of the Company, to distribute among the
shareholders of the Company in specie the whole or any part of
the assets of the Company and that the Liquidator be authorised if
a shareholder so requests, to sell any assets in specie and pay the
proceeds of sale to the shareholder.”
