NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Order of the High Court of
Ireland (the “Court”) made on 12 November 2020 (the “Order”)
confirming the reduction of the share premium account of Bank
of Cyprus Holdings plc (the “Company”) by an amount of
€700,000,000, together with the minute approved by the Court setting
out the reduction, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on 13
November 2020. This notice is given in compliance with the Order.
