Notice is hereby given that the following special resolutions were
passed in writing pursuant to Section 193(1) of the Companies Act
2014 on 2nd September, 2020:
1. That the company be voluntarily wound up as a Member’s
Voluntary Winding Up.
2. That Flavien Keily of Irish Liquidations, 7 Fitzwilliam St
lower, Dublin 2, be and is hereby appointed as liquidator of
the company for the purposes of such winding up.
3. That the liquidator be and is hereby authorised, in accordance
with the memorandum and articles of association of the
company, to distribute (by interim distribution or otherwise)
the whole or any part of the assets of the company to the
members in specie or otherwise to the members as the
liquidator thinks fit.
