THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
Monster Cable International Limited (“The Company”) hereby gives
notice, that pursuant to Section 196(4) of the Companies Act 2014, the
following resolution was passed on the 30th day of September 2020;
Special Resolution:
“That in accordance with the summary approval procedure set out
at section 202 of the Companies Act 2014, the Company be wound
up voluntarily as a members voluntary winding up and that Kieran
Wallace of KPMG, 1 Stokes Place, St. Stephens Green, Dublin
2 be appointed as liquidator for the purposes of such winding up
and that the liquidator be empowered to distribute the assets of the
Company in specie.”
