On 30 September 2020 the following sole member resolutions were
passed in writing:
“THAT the Company be wound-up voluntarily by way of a
Members’ Voluntary Liquidation.”
“THAT Paul McCann, Partner of Grant Thornton, 13-18 City
Quay, Dublin 2, be and is hereby appointed as liquidator for the
purpose of winding up the Company.’’
“THAT the liquidator be and is hereby authorised to distribute (by
interim distribution or otherwise) to the members in specie or kind
the whole or any part of the assets of the Company (whether they
shall consist of property of the same kind or not) and for such
purpose to set such value as they deem fair upon any property to
be divided as aforesaid.’’
“THAT the fees of the liquidator plus VAT and outlay as agreed
with him are hereby approved’’.
“THAT the company directors be authorised post appointment of
the Liquidator to execute any specific documentation (i.e. taxation
returns and banking related documentation) as required during course
of the liquidation upon the written instruction of the Liquidator’’.

NOTE: This is a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up. All admitted
Creditors have been or will be paid in full. Any outstanding
creditors should send their claims in writing to the liquidator
within 28 days of his appointment.
