SPECIAL RESOLUTION
OF
INTERCONTINENTAL FINANCE UNLIMITED COMPANY
(In Members Voluntary Liquidation)
At an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above
named company, duly convened and held at Sandwith Street, Dublin 2
on 11 August 2020 the following resolution was duly passed:
As a special resolution:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a members
voluntary winding up”
“That Michael Sargent of Michael Sargent & Company of 12
Northbrook Road, Ranelagh, Dublin 6 be and is hereby appointed
liquidator for the purpose of the winding up of the Company”
“That the liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide among
the members in specie or kind the whole or any part of the assets
of the Company (whether they shall consist of property of the same
kind or not) and for such purpose to set such value as he deems fair
upon any property to be divided as foresaid and to determine how
such division should be carried out as between the members and
to make such interim distribution to the members as he sees fit.”
