Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the
above Company was duly convened and held at Unit 15, Block 8
,Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Dublin 15 on 8th September 2020
at 9.15 am, the following Resolution was duly passed as an Ordinary
Resolution:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the
Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business
and that it is advisable to wind up same and that accordingly the
Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr. David Kane of
Kane Bergin & Company be and is hereby appointed Liquidator
for such purpose”.
