(In Voluntary Liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above
Company duly convened and held by Zoom on 14 September 2020,
the following Resolutions were passed.
1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue
its business, and that it is advisable to wind up same and
accordingly, that the Company be, and is hereby wound up
voluntarily.”
2. That Jim Stafford of Friel Stafford, 44 Fitzwilliam Place,
Dublin 2, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of said
winding up.
All claims against the company should be sent to Friel Stafford, 44
Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2, not later than 14 October 2020.
