By resolution in writing by the Members of the above named Company
on 1st September 2020 the following Special Resolutions was duly
1. “That the Company be voluntarily wound up as a members’
voluntary winding up.”
2. “That Mr. Gerard Murphy of Gerard Murphy & Co. be and
herewith is appointed liquidator for such a winding up.”
3. “That the Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised to
distribute the whole or any part of the assets of the Company
amongst the members in specie or otherwise as he may think
4. “That the Liquidator be and he is hereby authorised in
accordance with the provisions of section 627 of the
Companies Act 2014 to exercise all of the powers contained
in such section of the said Act.”
Dated this 11th September 2020.
NOTE: This is a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up. All admitted
Creditors have been or will be paid in full.
