At a Meeting of Members of the Company duly convened and held on
20 July 2020, the following Resolution was passed:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the
Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business,
and that it is advisable to wind up same and that, accordingly,
the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Healy of
Kirby Healy Chartered Accountants be and is hereby appointed
Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up”.
