Notice is hereby given that at an Extraordinary General Meeting of
the members of the above said Company, duly convened and held at 3
High Street, Monaghan on the 25th May 2020, the following special
resolutions were passed:
1. That the company be voluntarily wound up as a Members’
Voluntary Winding-Up.
2. That Barry Clarke of Clarke Corrigan & Co., 1 Bedford Place,
Navan, Co. Meath be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for
the purposes of such winding up.
3. That the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised, in accordance
with the memorandum and articles of association of the
company, to distribute the whole or any part of the assets of
the company amongst the members in specie.
