IN THE MATTER OF
IVORY CDO DAC
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
I hereby give notice that the shareholders of the above named Company
passed the following special resolution on 28 May 2020:
“That the Company be wound up as a members’ voluntary winding
up and that Ms. Aisling Mellon of Fortis Advisory be appointed
Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up
and that the Liquidator be authorised, in accordance with the
Constitution of the Company, to distribute among the members
of the Company in specie the whole or any part of the property of
the Company.”
Dated this the 31 May 2020.
