AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
RIVER SPRINGS LTD (“The Company”) hereby gives notice, that
pursuant to Section 196(4) of the Companies Act 2014, the following
resolutions were passed on the 16th day of December 2019;
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a members’
2. That the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide
among the members in specie or kind the whole or any part
of the assets of the Company (whether they shall consist of
property of the same kind or not) and for such purpose to set
such value as he deems fair upon any property to be divided
as aforesaid and to determine how such division should be
carried out as between the members and to make such interim
distribution to the members as he sees fit.
1. That Bryan O’Neill of 54 Mulgrave Street, Dun Laoghaire,
Co. Dublin be appointed as liquidator (the “Liquidator”) for
the purposes of winding up the Company.

NOTE: This is a members’ voluntary winding up. All admitted
creditors have been or will be paid in full.
