Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 202 of the Companies Act
2014 that the following Resolutions were passed on 29 October 2019:
Special Resolutions:
That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Member’s
Voluntary Winding Up.
That Luke Charleton and Colin Farquharson of Ernst &
Young, Harcourt Centre, Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, Ireland
be and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the
purposes of the winding up.
That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to divide all or such
part of the assets of the companies in specie or otherwise as
they think fit amongst its members according to their rights as
provided by its Constitution.
