Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed at
an Extraordinary General Meeting held on Thursday 10th October,
2019 at 11 am at 7 Fitzwilliam Street Lower, Dublin 2 the following
resolutions were duly passed:
1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the company
that this company cannot by reasons of its liabilities continue
in business and that it would be wound up voluntarily”.
2. “That Flavien Keily of Irish Liquidations, 7 Fitzwilliam Street
Lower, Dublin 2 be hereby appointed for the purpose of said
3. “That the liquidator’s remuneration be fixed by reference to
the time given by her as a reasonable Insolvency Practitioner,
and her staff, in attending to matters arising in the winding
up and she shall be authorised to pay such time costs and
expenses on account of her remuneration and expenses
pending the conclusion of the Liquidation.”
