SPECIAL RESOLUTION OF
BRIAN DALY CONCRETE PUMPING LIMITED
(In Members Voluntary Liquidation)
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above
named Company, duly convened and held at Collins Brooks &
Associates Solicitors, 7 Rossa Street, Scartagh, Clonakilty, Co. Cork
on the 1st Nov 2019, the following Resolutions were duly passed:
As a Special Resolution:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.
“That Barry Lynch of PF Lynch & Co., 29 South Terrace,
Cork be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of
the winding up of the company”.
“That the Company having ceased to trade, shall be wound up
as a members voluntary winding up. That Barry Lynch of PF
Lynch & Co, 29 South Terrace, Cork is appointed Liquidator.
That the Liquidator is herein authorised to distribute in whole
or in part the assets of the company among the members in
specie or as he thinks fit. That the Liquidator be and is herein
authorised in accordance with Section 627 of the Companies
Act 2014 to exercise all powers contained therein”.
