By resolution in writing by the members of the above named Company
on the 30 April 2019 the following special resolutions were duly
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Member’s
2. That Mr. Michael Corrigan of BDO, 103/104 O’Connell
St, Limerick be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the
Company for the purpose of such winding up and that said
liquidator be and is hereby authorised in accordance with the
Constitution of the Company, without limitation, to distribute
to the members in specie the whole or any part of the assets of
the Company as he may think fit.
Creditors of the Company should send details of any outstanding
claims to the Liquidator, Michael Corrigan of BDO, 103/104
O’Connell Street, Limerick, to be received no later than the 7 June
