Limited By Guarantee (“The Company”) hereby gives notice, that
pursuant to Section 196(4) of the Companies Act 2014, the following
resolutions were passed on the 5th day of April 2019;
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a members
“That Kieran Wallace of KPMG, 1 Stokes Place, St. Stephens
Green, Dublin 2 be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the
purposes of winding up the Company”.
