A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Samson Hosiery Limited (04896591) of Unit B2 And B3, The Dresser Centre, Manchester M11 2NE, C/o Fft, Reedham House, 31 King Street West, Manchester M3 2PJ (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is manufacturer of other textiles not elsewhere classified , presented on Thursday 21 March 2019, at 10:00 by SARWAR ASHRAF, of 4 Lark Hill Close, Timperley WA15 7AX claiming to be a Contributory of the Company, will be heard at the The Business & Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 13 May 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
