Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 202 of the Companies Act
2014 that the following Resolutions were passed on 19th December
2018:
Special Resolutions:
That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a Member’s
Voluntary Winding Up, that Luke Charleton and Colin
Farquharson of EY be appointed Joint Liquidators for the
purpose of such winding up and be authorised to make a
distribution of assets in specie.
A previous notice for “Havbell Designated Activity Company”
was incorrectly published and that the correct entity in
liquidation is “Havbell Property Holdings Designated Activity
Company” Company number: 592879.
