Notice is given that a Petition was on 4 October 2018 presented to
the High Court by Ed. Züblin AG of Albstadtweg 3, 70567 Stuttgart,
Germany a creditor of Conway Piling Limited (CRO registration
number 270776) (“the Company”) for the winding up of the Company
by the High Court in main proceedings, (in accordance with Article
3(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No. 2015/ 848).
The petition is directed to be heard at 10:30 a.m. on 22 October 2018.
Any creditor or contributory of the Company who wishes to support
or oppose the making of an Order on the Petition may appear at the
time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose and a copy
of the Petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the
said Company who requires it by the undersigned on payment of the
regulated charge for the same.
