Notice is hereby given that, the following ordinary resolution was
passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the above Company
held on the 28th day of June 2018:
“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that this
company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and
that it be wound up voluntarily as a Creditors’ Voluntary winding
up and that Michael O’Hanlon, be hereby appointed liquidator for
the purposes of said winding up”.
