IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
AND IN THE MATTER OF
SHOWTIME CINEMAS LIMITED
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above mentioned company
duly convened and held at 44 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2 on 4 July
2018, the following Resolution was passed as a Special Resolution:
That the Company be voluntarily wound up as a Members
Voluntary Liquidation, and that Tom Murray of Friel Stafford, 44
Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2 be and is hereby appointed Liquidator
for the purpose of such a winding up and that the Liquidator be
and is hereby authorised, to distribute the whole or any part of the
assets of the Company amongst the members in specie.
All claims against the company should be sent to Tom Murray no later
than 7 August 2018. All admitted creditors of the company have been,
or will be, paid.
