CALYPSO CAPITAL II DESIGNATED ACTIVITY COMPANY
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
On the 29 May 2018 and pursuant to Section 193(1) (Unanimous
written resolution) the following resolutions were passed;
1. “THAT the Company be wound up Voluntarily as a Members’
Voluntary Winding up and that Stephen Scott of Smith &
Williamson be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the
Company for the purpose of such winding up;
2. THAT the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised, in accordance
with Section 618(3) of the Companies Act, 2014 and the
Constitution of the Company, to distribute the whole or part of
the assets of the Company amongst the members in specie.
