Motspur Park Limited (“The Company”) hereby gives notice, that
pursuant to Section 196(4) of the Companies Act 2014, the following
resolutions were passed on the 30th day of May 2018;
“That Nicholas James Timpson and John David Thomas Milsom be
appointed as joint liquidators (the “Liquidators”) for the purposes
of winding up the Company.”
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily as a members'
“That the Liquidators be and are hereby authorised to divide
among the members in specie or kind the whole or any part of the
assets of the Company (whether they shall consist of property of
the same kind or not) and for such purpose to set such value as
they deem fair upon any property to be divided as aforesaid and to
determine how such division should be carried out as between the
members and to make such interim distribution to the members as
they see fit.”
