ADVERTISEMENT OF NOTICE FOR CLAIMS
IN THE MATTER OF
MEATH CITIZENS INFORMATION SERVICE COMPANY
LIMITED BY GUARANTEE
(In Members’ Voluntary Liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above named
company are required on or before the 13th July 2018, to send their
names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims and the
names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to Kieran Wallace of
KPMG, 1 Stokes Place, St. Stephens Green, Dublin 2, the Liquidator
of the said company, and if so required by notice in writing from the
said Liquidator, to come in and file such affidavits in proof of claims
as they may be advised and to give notice of filing thereof to the
Liquidator and to attend at such time and place as shall be specified
in such notice or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from any
distribution made before such debts or claims are proved.
