NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
HYNES FITZGERALD ARCHITECTURAL WINDOW SYSTEMS
Notice is hereby given that on 9 April 2018 under powers contained in
mortgages dated 29 January 2002 and 5 January 2009 (the Mortgages)
made between Hynes Fitzgerald Architectural Window Systems
Limited (company no. 253868) having its registered office at Unit 2,
Block B, Crossagalla Industrial Estate, Ballysimon Road, Limerick of
the one part and Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. having its registered office
at Bank Centre, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 of the other part, under powers
contained in the Mortgages and at law Allied Irish Banks, p.l.c. has
appointed Gearoid Costelloe of Grant Thornton, 14 South Mall, Cork,
to be the receiver appointed over the assets referred to and comprised
in and charged by the Mortgages.
