NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
ALLIED ENVIRONMENTAL DETERGENTS UNLIMITED
Notice is hereby given that on 25 April 2018, The Governor and
Company of the Bank of Ireland (the “Bank”), having its registered
office at 40 Mespil Road, Dublin 4, pursuant to the powers conferred
upon it by: (1) a debenture dated 5 September 2007 and (2) a mortgage
and charge dated 18 April 2018, both made between the Company
and the Bank (together, the “Security Documents”), appointed Ken
Fennell of Deloitte, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 as receiver over all of
the assets of the Company referred to, comprised in and charged by
the Security Documents.
