NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 587 of the
Companies Act 2014, that at a meeting of the Creditors of the above
named Company duly convened and held on the 2nd day of March
2018, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed:
1. That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, and
having ceased trading, continue in business, and that it be
wound up voluntarily.
2. That for the purpose of the winding up, Liam Gaynor FCA be
and is hereby appointed liquidator.
