IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
AND IN THE MATTER OF
REDEFINE AUSTRALIAN INVESTMENTS LIMITED
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
At a Meeting of Members of the above named company duly convened
and held on 24th January, 2018, it was unanimously resolved as
follows:
1. That pursuant to section 586(1) and (2) of the Companies Act
2014, it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting
that the business of the Company having been completed,
and by reason of its potential liabilities (not admitted at this
time), and that it is advisable to wind up the Company and
that accordingly, the Company be wound up voluntarily as a
creditors’ voluntary winding-up in accordance with part 4 of
Chapter 11 of the Companies Act 2014.
2. That Martin Ferris of Ferris & Associates, First Floor, 11/12
Warrington Place, Dublin 2, having consented to act as
liquidator (the Liquidator) for the purposes of such winding-
up.
3. That the Liquidator’s remuneration, costs and expenses shall
be fixed by reference to the provisions in that regard set
out in the terms of engagement between the Company and
Liquidator.
