On 06 February 2018 the following resolution was passed in writing:
“That the Company be wound up by way of a Member’s Voluntary
Liquidation” and
“Aengus Burns of Grant Thornton 24-26 City Quay, Dublin 2, be
appointed Liquidator” and
“That the said Liquidator be authorised to distribute all or part of
the surplus assets of the Company in specie or otherwise to the
members as he may think fit after consent of the members” and
“That the said Liquidator’s fees and outlay be as set out in the
Grant Thornton letter of engagement”.
