IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
AND IN THE MATTER OF
TRIDENT JET DUBLIN DAC
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above
said Company, duly convened and held at 1st Floor, Cape house,
Westend Office,Park, Snugborough, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, on
31st January 2018, the following Special Resolution was passed:
‘‘That the company be wound up voluntarily as a Members
Voluntary Winding Up and that Mr Shane O’Connell of 90 Upper
Georges Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, be and is hereby
appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of such
winding up and that said liquidator be and is hereby authorised,
in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2014 to
distribute all or any of the surplus assets of the company amongst
the members in specie
All claims against the Company should be sent to Mr. Shane O’Connell
no later than 14th March 2018. All admitted Creditors of the Company
have been, or will be, paid.
