IN THE MATTER OF
CARSPHAIRN LIMITED
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
On the 6 February 2018, pursuant to section 196(4) of the Companies
Act 2014 and the Constitution of the Company, the following special
resolution was passed;
“THAT, in accordance with the Summary Approval Procedure set
out at section 202 of the Companies Act 2014, the Company be
wound up voluntarily as a members’ voluntary winding up and that
Liam Dowdall of Smith & Williamson, Paramount Court, Corrig
Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18 be appointed liquidator
for the purposes of such winding up and that the liquidator be
empowered to distribute the assets of the Company in specie.”
NOTE: This is a Members’ Voluntary Winding Up. All admitted
Creditors have been or will be paid in full.
