IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
AND IN THE MATTER OF
GAC EUROPEAN REAL ESTATE FUND DESIGNATED
ACTIVITY COMPANY
(In Voluntary Liquidation)
At a meeting of the company held on 13th December 2017 the
following Special Resolutions were passed
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily and on a solvent
basis pursuant to s.579 of the Companies Act 2014 (the
Liquidation) using the summary approval procedure set out in
ss. 201, 207 and 208 of the Companies Act 2014;
2. That Brian Gannon, FCA, AITI, Chartered Accountant of
Gannon Kirwan Somerville Limited, 85 Upper George's
Street, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin having consented to act
as liquidator pursuant to a letter dated 4 December 2017, be
appointed as liquidator (the Liquidator) for the purpose of
such solvent winding up;
3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute all or part of the
surplus assets of the Company in specie or otherwise to the
members as he may think fit.
