Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 196(4) of the Companies
Act 2014, that the following special resolutions were duly passed by
the companies members at an EGM on the 11th of December 2017:
“That the Company would be wound up as a Members Voluntary
Winding Up and that Philip Fitzgerald of Lynch Fitzgerald &
Company, 4 Crescent Court, St. Nessans Road, Dooradoyle,
Limerick, be, and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose
of such winding up” and
“That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute all or any part of
the surplus assets of the Company in specie to the members of the
29 December 2017.
NOTE: This is a members’ voluntary winding up. All admitted
creditors have been or will be paid in full.
