NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 19th October 2017, in pursuance
of the powers contained in the Conveyancing Act 1881 together with a
Deed of Mortgage/Charge dated 20th July 2006 (the “Mortgage”) and
made between O’Neil Bros. (Kilbeggan) Limited (the “Company”)
having its registered office at Circular Road, Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath
and Ulster Bank Ireland Limited having its registered office at Ulster
Bank Group Centre, George’s Quay, Dublin 2 (the “Lender”) the
rights, title and interest in which Mortgage/Charge is now vested in
Promontoria (Oyster) DAC, appointed Andrew Dolliver and Joseph
Luke Charleton of EY, Harcourt Centre, 2 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2
be the receiver of the assets and property referred to, comprised in and
charged by the Mortgage/Charge.
