IN THE MATTER OF
GLOBAL TEST AND SURVEY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACTS 1963 TO 2006
By Order of the High Court dated the 13th day of October, 2008, on
the Petition of Michael Gladney, Collector General, Sarsfield House,
Francis Street, Limerick, it was ordered that Global Test and Survey
Technologies Limited be wound up under the provisions of the
Companies Act, 1963 and that Shane Lannen be appointed Official
Liquidator.
By Order of the Supreme Court dated the 7th day of December 2017
the said Order was affirmed, and it was further ordered that George
Moloney of RSM Ireland, Trinity House, Ranelagh, Dublin 6 be
appointed Official Liquidator to replace Mr. Lannen.
