Hago saber: Que en el procedimiento de Ejecución 103/12 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de Juan José García Martínez contra la empresa Martínez Legaz Gambin, S.L., se ha dictado en fecha 20/07/12, Decreto por el que se declara al ejecutado Martínez Legaz Gambin, S.L., en situación de insolvencia Total por importe de 2170 euros, insolvencia que se entenderá a todos los efectos como provisional.
Y de conformidad con el artículo 276.5 de la LJS, expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil.
