At a Meeting of the Members of the above Company duly held on the
15th November 2017 the following Resolutions were passed:
‘‘That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting
that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its
business and that it be wound up voluntarily by way of a Creditors’
Voluntary Winding-Up Liquidation.
At a following meeting of the Creditors on the 15th November
2017 the following resolution was passed “That Gerard Murphy of
Gerard Murphy & Co. be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of
such winding up.’’
