NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
TOLAND DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
Notice is hereby given that on 28 November 2017 Promontoria
(Aran) Limited (“PAL”) having its registered office at 1st Floor, 1-2,
Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4 pursuant to the powers
conferred upon it by a mortgage dated 28 October 2009 between Toland
Developments Limited (the “Company”) and Ulster Bank Ireland
Limited (now Ulster Bank Ireland Designated Activity Company)
(the “Bank”) (the “Security Document”) and the Conveyancing Act,
1881, which security has been acquired by PAL pursuant to, inter alia,
a Global Deed of Transfer dated 12 February 2015 between, inter
alios, the Bank and PAL, appointed Tom O’Brien of Mazars Ireland,
Harcourt Centre, Block 3, Harcourt Road, Dublin 2 as receiver over
all of the assets of the Company referred to, comprised in, and charged
by the Security Document.
