NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
M & J DUDDY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd November 2017 , Allied Irish
Banks, p.l.c. having its registered office at Bankcentre, Ballsbridge,
Dublin 4 (the “Bank”), under powers contained in Mortgage dated
31st January 2002 , (the “Mortgage”) and made between M & J
DUDDY DEVELOPEMTNS LIMITED having its registered office at
Unit 7A, Enterprise Funds Centre, Ballyraine, Lisnenan, Letterkenny,
County Donegal (the “Company”) of the One Part and the Bank of
the Other Part appointed Patrick Horkan of KPMG, Dockgate, Dock
Road, Galway, to be Receiver of the all the assets referred to and
comprised in and charged by the Mortgage.
