NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF RECEIVER
DREAM HOMES DEVELOPMENT LIMITED
Notice is hereby given that on 12 October 2017 Promontoria
(Oyster) DAC (“PODAC”) having its registered office at 1st Floor,
1-2, Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4 pursuant to the
powers conferred upon it by a mortgage dated 1 November 2007
between Dream Homes Development Limited (the “Company”) and
Ulster Bank Ireland Limited (now Ulster Bank Ireland Designated
Activity Company) (the “Bank”) (the “Security Document”) and
the Conveyancing Act, 1881, which security has been acquired by
PODAC pursuant to, inter alia, a Global Deed of Transfer dated 19
December 2016 between, inter alios, the Bank and PODAC, appointed
Ken Fennell of Deloitte, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 as receiver over
all of the assets of the Company referred to, comprised in and charged
by the Security Document.
