La Junta General de Accionistas celebrada el 24 de marzo de 2014 en el domicilio social de la entidad acordó reducir el capital social en 441.000,- euros, con la finalidad de restablecer el equilibrio entre el capital y el patrimonio social disminuido como consecuencia de pérdidas, mediante la amortización de 441.000 acciones, quedando el capital social fijado en 71.000,- euros.
