At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG on 03 November 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

“Mint Cafe & Flowers Limited cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Claire Louise Middlebrook, of Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH1 3PG, (IP No. 9650) be appointed Liquidator of the Company and that she is authorised to act.”
