THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
ECAF I 33992 DAC (“The Company”) hereby gives notice, that
pursuant to Section 196(4) of the Companies Act 2014, the following
special resolution was passed on the 31st day of October 2017;
“THAT, in accordance with the summary approval procedure set
out at section 202 of the Companies Act 2014, the Company be
wound up voluntarily as a members’ voluntary winding up and that
Kieran Wallace of KPMG, 1 Stokes Place, St. Stephen’s Green,
Dublin 2 be appointed liquidator for the purposes of such winding
up and that the liquidator be empowered to distribute the assets of
the Company in specie.”
Dated this 8th day of November 2017.
NOTE: This is a members’ voluntary winding up. All admitted
creditors have been or will be paid in full.
