I hereby give notice that the shareholders of the above named Company
passed the following resolutions on the 2nd October 2017.
1. That the Company be voluntarily wound up voluntarily as a
Members’ Voluntary Winding-Up;
2. That Paul Macken of 10 Eaton Wood Avenue, Shankill, Co.
Dublin (the “Liquidator”) be appointed Liquidator for the
purpose of such winding up; and
3. That the Liquidator be and is hereby authorised to divide
among the members in specie or kind the whole or any part
of the assets of the Company (whether they shall consist of
property of the same kind or not) and for such purpose to set
such value as he deems fair upon any property to be divided as
aforesaid and to determine how such divisions to the members
as he sees fit.

NOTE: This is a members’ voluntary winding up. All admitted
creditors have been or will be paid in full.
