(In voluntary liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company,
duly convened and held at Trinity House, Charleston Road, Ranelagh,
Dublin 6 on the 27th July 2017, the following resolutions were duly
passed:
1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Mr. Patrick O’Connell of RSM Ireland be appointed as
Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Company.
3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute the whole or
part of the property of the company in specie.
4. That the remunerations of the Liquidator be fixed in relation to
his time, costs, charges and expenses.
