(In Voluntary Liquidation)
AND IN THE MATTER OF
THE COMPANIES ACT 2014
Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the
above Company was duly convened and held at the Metropole Hotel,
MacCurtain Street, Montenotte, Cork on the 4th of August 2017 and
that the following Resolutions were passed:
1. It has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that
the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue
its business and that it is advisable to wind up same and that
accordingly the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up same
and that accordingly the Company be and is hereby wound up
voluntarily.
2. That Yvonne Barry of Quintas, Heron House, Blackpool, Cork
be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of said winding up.
3. That the Liquidator’s remuneration shall be fixed by
reference to the time given by her as a responsible Insolvency
Practitioner, and her staff, in attending to matters arising in
the winding up and shall be authorised to pay such time costs
and expenses on account of her remuneration and expenses
pending the conclusion of the Liquidation.
